This 12oz bag of coffee beans was purchased from the Dangora Cooperative in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, and roasted to order in the USA. The only ingredient is coffee. It is a single origin Ethiopian coffee with bold flavor notes of citrus and malty milk chocolate, and it is decaffeinated, so you can enjoy all the flavor without any of the caffeine.

Our whole bean coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness, and the roast date and the name of the employee who shipped it will be noted on the back of the label.

We use a progressive process to roast our coffees on a vintage 1955 Gothot roaster. Our roasting techniques are informed by a culinary background and heavily influenced by the wine industry.
