WHY DO WE ONLY ROAST ON LORINGS? We choose to only roast on Loring roasters because they benefit from a closed-loop system, making the roasting process almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures, resulting in more Fresh Roasted Coffee and less waste.

NITROGEN FLUSH To combat the loss of freshness after roasting, we nitrogen flush and seal each bag of coffee. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that's heavier than air, forcing flavor-stealing oxygen out before sealing the bag tight.
